About Reiki Healing
Reiki comes from two Japanese words: "rei" meaning mystery or spirit and "ki" meaning life force energy.

It is an energy healing method practiced since the 1800's and is now widely used in hospitals, aged homes and other healing facilities around the world.

Reiki allows you to tap into your natural ability to connect with love and your inner wisdom.
​
It activates the relaxation response in the body and allows the body to be able to balance and heal itself.​​
​​No one knows how Reiki actually works, but it is known as a conduit which allows positive energy to flow into the body through the hands of the practitioner.
​
Scientifically it has been shown that Reiki decreases pain levels, speeds up the healing process and relaxes both mind and body allowing emotional stability and awareness.
​
During a session you will always be fully clothed with a light touch of hands, or held above the body to conduct energy to your body.
I am also a Crystal Healing Practitioner and I use crystals as part of my Reiki Sessions.

Crystals are beautiful gifts from the Earth that act as healing conduits to the divine energy of the Universe and makes them an amazing healing tool to use in conjunction with Reiki and other modalities.
