About Energy Healing Circles
Women have been gathering in circles for thousands of years, creating a ritual of deep connection with one another and passing down wisdom from generation to generation and beyond. Unfortunately, this rite of passage has been lost in our modern world but the need for real relationships and human contact is still relevant

Gathering in circles protects us from the isolation which is all too present today's world, with the aim being to create a connection and community where there is support and understanding for each other.

Many of us are doing it alone. Depression, loneliness and anxiety are all too common in today's society and the need for support is so important. To have a safe place where you can turn to when you need it is essential.

My women's healing circle provides a space of deep trust and connection where you can be your true self, find your voice and reclaim your power.
​
We come together to celebrate the unique diversity and honour the feminine energy of love, compassion and caring along with equality, nurturing and your own self love.​ ​
Over 2 hours we share our highs and lows, build each other up and learn that we aren't alone, that we do have the support we need to go out into the world and make it a better place for all of us.

​All this while sharing a cuppa and connecting in a way that only women can.
